I was already working with a different Realtor when I met Coltyn at an Open House he was holding. This "other" Realtor" was my friend. Coltyn was AMAZING! From the first day I met him he refused to not find me my house. I was so impressed by him, I did not use my Realtor Friend!! Spoke to servers real estate agents and was not impressed. I then was referred to Coltyn and that immediately changed. He was very patient with us. Coltyn is much more than a real estate agent, with all due respect, he acted as a personal assistant. ANY information I needed, he got for me. ANY questions I had, he either answered them immediately or got the answerers for me. Coltyn sent emails on my behalf, and made phone calls on my behalf, and not in regards to the new home purchase. We sold our old home, and we didn’t use Coltyn as we decided to use Open Door. Coltyn took no offense to that and read over contracts between us and Open Door.
