I was already working with a different Realtor when I met Coltyn at an Open House he was holding. This "other" Realtor" was my friend. Coltyn was AMAZING! From the first day I met him he refused to not find me my house. I was so impressed by him, I did not use my Realtor Friend!! It took us about 40 + houses but he did find me where I wanted to be in addition to a house that I am excited to be living in. I am not easy to please but he would not skip a beat and was determined. Coltyn helped my husband & I tremendously in the recent purchase of our condo. We reside out of state, so could not view the property we purchased initially. Coltyn went to the property, took pictures/video and sent that to us so that we could make our decision to purchase. Coltyn also went out of his way to do some minor repair work at the property for us as well since it was not possible for us to get there. Spoke to servers real estate agents and was not impressed. I then was referred to Coltyn and that immediately changed. He was very patient with us. He found us the most amazing house that was just a bit out of our price range however he negotiated the price back down to our comfort zone. I recommend Coltyn to all my friends moving forward. Coltyn is much more than a real estate agent, with all due respect, he acted as a personal assistant. ANY information I needed, he got for me. ANY questions I had, he either answered them immediately or got the answerers for me. Coltyn sent emails on my behalf, and made phone calls on my behalf, and not in regards to the new home purchase. We sold our old home, and we didn’t use Coltyn as we decided to use Open Door. Coltyn took no offense to that and read over contracts between us and Open Door. He advised us on things we had NO clue about. Coltyn also has a TREMENDOUS amount of knowledge when it comes to the general contractor side of things as well.
